By trade an experienced time served joiner but also with several professional construction related qualifications to his name. A graduate from the department of Building and Engineering at Heriot – Watt University Edinburgh, with a Masters of Science Degree specialising in Construction Management and Project Management. Also a graduate of the Law School at Strathclyde University Glasgow with a Masters Degree in Law, specialising in Construction Law. He is also vice chairman of the Dundee branch of the Chartered Institute of Building, being an Incorporated Member of the Institute. Another further professional qualification is that he is a member of the Scottish branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and also a member of the Society of Construction Law. Mr McNulty ensure's to all his future house purchasers, is that their homes are designed and built by indemnified professionals. McNulty Homes have engaged the professional services of Chartered Architects Baxter, Clark & Paul, to design the houses and site layout for Springfield Brae. Using such a reputable and qualified architect's practice, gives additional security and comfort for the buyer that there are other professionals over seeing the construction work, apart from those engaged under the warranty scheme.
